1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 1330 website (https://1330.pro) or any services offered by this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 1330 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any term updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.
Age Limit: The 1330 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of this platform. 1330 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and close accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement.
2Account Creation & Security

Each user is allowed only one active account on the 1330 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all such accounts without prior notice. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are responsible for updating their account information whenever there are changes, especially regarding registered payment details and email addresses.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login information confidential. 1330 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 1330 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set forth. Using the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any actions harming other users, is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Uses
- Using automated software, bots, or any technology that can manipulate the gaming or betting systems on the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the 1330 platform or other users.
- Attempting to access parts of the platform beyond your account permissions, including administrative systems or internal databases.
- Using the platform in ways that may damage, disable, or disrupt the stability of our technical services.
Violation of any of the above rules entitles 1330 to suspend or close accounts immediately and withhold related funds during investigations.
4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits & Currency
All financial transactions on 1330 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including DuitNow, Boost, and local bank transfers listed under your account payment options.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may change over time. Users are advised to check current limits before initiating any transaction. Deposited funds may only be used for permitted purposes within the platform.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same name as your 1330 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Withdrawal processing times range from one to two business days depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. 1330 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests deemed suspicious during investigation.
Funds from bonuses or promotions may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific terms for each bonus will be provided when the promotion is offered.
5Liability Limits
The 1330 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1330 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes but is not limited to: financial losses caused by technical disruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risks, and 1330 is not liable for any decisions made by users.
Under no circumstances shall 1330’s total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property
All content on 1330, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 1330 or its content providers and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7Account Policies, Suspension & Term Changes
Account Suspension & Closure
1330 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from legal authorities, or account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
In cases of account closure for term violations, 1330 reserves the right to withhold any related funds while investigations are completed. Users wishing to close their account voluntarily can contact our support team at [email protected].
Term & Law Changes
1330 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior specific notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws in force in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
